水鷗流居合剣法

Suiō-ryū Iai Kenpō is a classical Japanese sword school founded by Mima Yoichizaemon Kagenobu at the end of the Sengoku period. While it focuses primarily on iaijutsu, the tradition also includes the study of other weapons arts such as jōjutsu, naginatajutsu, and kusarigamajutsu.

水鷗流居合剣法は、戦国時代末期に三間与一左衛門景延によって創始された、日本古来の剣術流派です。主として居合術を中心としつつ、杖術、薙刀術、鎖鎌術などの多様な武器術も継承しています。

Today, the 15^th generation sōke, Katsuse Yoshimitsu Kagehiro, teaches from the honbu dōjō, the Hekiunkan, located in Shimizu, Shizuoka Prefecture. As heir to the tradition, he oversees its transmission, and all official training groups in Japan and abroad are under his direct supervision.

現在、第十五代宗家の勝瀬善光景弘は、静岡県清水市に所在する本部道場「碧雲館」にて指導を行っています。宗家として流派の伝承を統括し、日本国内および海外のすべての公式稽古団体を直接監督しています。
